September 2020: Videos

Catchfire Collective is excited to begin sharing the results of our big video recording project from this last August! After having not played together for several months during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we reconvened in Greensboro for a week of intense rehearsals. We brought back some favorites from last season, our very first shows together, and also a new version of up and coming composer Grace Gollmar's Demolition Dance.

 

The following week we headed to Gate City Studios in the heart of Greensboro to record with Ben Blozan. It was two full days of intense work, and we are all very proud of the final products. Ben also did a tremendous job with the engineering and camera work. We'll be posting the videos one by one over the next couple weeks as we enter into the new season.
